Efficient staff, the room was clean and had a modern vibe, even had space for an extra roll away bed. But the standout was the incredible food! 🍽️

The room was well furnished and new-fashioned, I had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. The staff team was helpful and attentive at any time.

Some people working there were average.

The rooms were beautiful and huge. The hotel was very close to such an establishment, another restaurant, and today's competitive market.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was ideal, nestled on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. It was also conveniently situated near the major attractions on the outskirts of town, allowing us to explore easily. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided impeccable service. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed, from arranging car hire to organizing tours.

Jilaukhana is only a mile away, and it's an easy walk to the food stock exchange, making it convenient for exploring and dining. Staff are attentive and helpful in accommodating requests.

New hotel so facilities, cleanliness all very impressive. Staff in restaurant very friendly and helpful. Short drive to the taj mahal/fort so good location.

Although staff very friendly, some may need a few more lessons in English to help with conversing. Breakfast buffet may not be up to the standards of the number of stars this hotel is rated. Good hotel for short stay.

The Director worked very hard to rectify the many problems with our booking.

The hotel advertises many things which do not exist: rooftop lounge, Taj views, spa, minibar, bar lounge. In fact the hotel is not licenced but when I made a fuss they supplied us with beer and wine at hugely exorbitant prices. The Kingfisher beer was not authentic but was refilled bottles and when opened fizzed up so much we lost half the bottle. There is too much misinformation in this advertising and it should be stopped.

The room was outstanding and good with view of the taj, and I enjoyed it. The location was good and the atmosphere was majestic. Excellent service, provided by the lovely and fine staff.

The air-conditioned rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming pool. It is easy to find transportation outside the hotel.

Also, the hotel's location was perfect for me since it was within walking distance to several tourist attractions. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and I felt comfortable during my stay. Moreover, the breakfast was tasty, and there were varied options to choose from.

THE hotel is new, there this design is matching the standard in europ as à 3 star hotel. However it still is India if you look at THE details in THE room. THE outside area is poor And you are in THE middle of no where :-). THE taj mahal is à half hour walk ore 10 min. By tuktuk for THE rest agra fort is very Nice And at nicht there is à light show to enjoy with THE history of THE fort. THE hotel helpster you to enjoy THE town agra.

There is no bar avaible in THE hotel ore in agra And THE out door swimming pool is small. THE gym is ok but THE massage is poor for THE money they ask.
